Hi @gbradley I suggest editing the role name for each subsidiary, making it easier for the user to identify which subsidiary they are currently logged into. I hope this helps.1 -

Hi @Craig_Verde, It is the Track Messages permission. Set the Track Messages permission to at least Edit access level for the user can create new, view existing, and edit existing messages.1
